A support Coordinator can assist you to:

  • Connect with the right support team.
  • Understand your NDIS plan and how you can use the funding available.
  • Manage your services and keep track of your budget. 
  • Coordinate your team, assist you in communication and create shared goals for better outcomes.
  • Build your capacity - to address and manage barriers.
  • Design support approaches- to mitigate crisis by problem solving, exploring options and by seeking advice to support your rights. 
  • Understand -the NDIS system and processes so that you are informed of the choices available to you. 
  • Plan for your review meeting - with assistance to collate reports, organise assessments and collect the evidence that is required and support you to develop your goals.

Our Support Coordinators are experts in implementing NDIS plans and have knowledge and experience working with the the NDIA, local service providers and community supports. We will be with you every step of the way to listen to your needs, advise you of your options and support you to make the choices that suit you.


Support Coordination is a funded support in your NDIS plan.

All Tribes Support Services welcome 'Plan Managed' and 'Self managed' participants at this time. Please ensure you request this in your budget.

Fees are charged as per the NDIS Price guide limits and are subject to change annually.
