Not sure if you need an Early Intervention Key Worker?
A Key worker can assist you to:
- Connect with the right support team.
- Understand your NDIS plan and how you can use the funding available.
- Manage your services and keep track of your budget.
- Coordinate your team, assist you in communication and create shared goals for better outcomes.
- Understand developmental norms and disabilities to identify areas of need.
- Develop strategies and work along side your team to build your child' skills and independence while at home or in the community/school/kinder.
- Build your capacity - to address and manage barriers.
- Design support approaches- which assist in times of crisis by problem solving, exploring options and by seeking advice to support your rights.
- Understand -the NDIS system so that you are informed of the choices available to you.
- Plan for your review meeting - with assistance to collate reports, organise assessments and collect the evidence that is required.
- Develop effective goals- for your planning meeting so that your support needs are funded.
Our Key Workers are qualified and experienced in the area of child education and development and are experts in implementing NDIS plans as they have extensive knowledge and experience working within the NDIA. We will be with you every step of the way to listen to your needs, advise you of your options and support you to make the choices that suit you.
Early Childhood Key Worker is funded under 'CB Improved Daily Living- Supports for early Intervention' in your NDIS plan.
All Tribes Support Services welcome 'Plan Managed' and 'Self managed' participants at this time which can be requested in your budget.
Fees are charged as per the NDIS Price guide limits and are subject to change annually.
